Itinerary of Everest climb.
Day 1 – Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to Hotel
Day 2-3 – In Kathmandu for Tibet visa processing
Day 4 – Drive to Zangmu (2350m-7708ft) O/N Hotel
Day 5 – Drive to Nyalam (3750m-12,300ft)- O/N Guest House
Day 6 – Rest day for acclimatization- O/N Guest House
Day 7 – Drive to Thingri (4350m-14,268ft)- O/N Guest House
Day 8 – Rest day in Thingri for acclimatization- O/N Guest House
Day 9 – Drive to Everest base camp (5200m-17,056ft)
Day 10-12 – At the base camp to acclimatize and preparing loads for advance base camp
Day 13 – Trek to Intermediate Camp (6200m-20,336ft)
Dat 14 – Arrive at advance base camp (6400m-20,992ft)
Day 15-53 – Climbing Period
Day 54 – DayAdvance base camp to base camp
Day 55 – Drive to Nyalam
Day 56 – Drive to Kathmandu
Day 57 – In Kathmandu
Day 58 – Final Departure
Optional – travel through Lhasa on the way to Base Camp.
Included in the cost:
- Transfer airport-hotel-airport.

- 70 kilograms per member from base camp to advance base camp and 40 kilograms per member from advance base camp to base camp.
- Nepalese Sherpa cook and kitchen boy.
- Equipment allowances, daily wages, insurance, food and tents for cook, kitchen boy, Liaison Officer & Interpreter.
- Dining tent, Kitchen tent, toilet tent, shower tent, chairs & tables.
- Generator /Solar panel at advance base camp for light and charging.
- Single tent with padded floor and mattress for each member at base camp and advance base camp (north face or similar).
- Food and fuel at base camp and advance base camp during the expedition.
- High way and conservation charges. Garbage deposits.
- Emergency oxygen and mask at the advance base camp.(usage of the oxygen is subject to charges at US$ 350)
- Satellite phone for emergency. Personal calls subject to charges at US$ 3 per minute
- Services of High Altitude Sherpas (not private). This include the HA Sherpa’s Royalty fee, equipment allowances, wages, insurance, food & fuel, 3 oxygen bottles and mask set, climbing bonus, Summit bonus. Note: Summit bonuses are not redeemable once the climbing party has started to climb above the last camp except in exceptional circumstances.
- Factory Ordered Poisk Oxygen Bottles and Poisk system mask and regulator
Not included in the cost:
- International flights other than Kathmandu-Lhasa.
- Nepal entry visa fee. (can be obtained at the airport upon arrival)
- Reentry visa for Nepal. The re-entry visa can be obtained at the immigration office in Kodari.
- Meals in Kathmandu.
- Hotel after 5 nights stay in Kathmandu.
- Personal climbing gear above advance base camp
- Personal insurance such as travel, accident, medical, emergency evacuation and lost luggage
- Applicable permit fees and customs charges, etc. for SAT phone, communication equipment and commercial filming
- International airport departure tax at Kathmandu Airport.
- Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, laundry, postage, telephone and Email, etc.
- Applicable customs duty and import license fees for all expedition goods arriving in Nepal as air/road cargo
